This application simplifies the process of tracking your cardio fitness. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the Apple Health app, Fitness Age effortlessly computes your fitness age, relative age, and percentile based on your cardio fitness performance. Monitoring your progress over time is made easy in the History section with interactive graphs that can be manipulated for detailed analysis. For personalized updates on your favorite watch face, you can also sync the app with your Apple Watch, adding customized complications.

Fitness Age: This metric gauges your fitness status by comparing your cardio fitness scores to population averages. Regular exercise can help reduce your fitness age by mitigating the expected decline in cardio fitness as you age.

Relative Age: Your relative age is a stable indicator of your changing fitness levels over time, calculated as the variance between your fitness age and actual age.

Percentile: Shows how your fitness level stacks up against others in your age group, providing insight into your relative fitness standing.

VO₂ max: This vital metric acts as the cornerstone for calculating Fitness Age, Relative Age, and Percentile. Your Apple Health app and Apple Watch can be configured to measure your VO₂ max data under 'Cardio Fitness'.

All calculations provided are estimates but serve as straightforward and easy-to-comprehend indicators of fitness. Results may vary among individuals.

The app relies on access to your 'Cardio Fitness' level (VO₂ max) for computing fitness age, while your age and sex are necessary for determining relative age and percentile. To ensure accurate results, make sure these settings are correctly configured in the Apple Health app with necessary permissions granted in your device settings.
